GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE — ÉLAN SOCKS

Article 2 — Purpose These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sale of compression socks carried out on the website elansocks.com between Élan Socks and any consumer (hereinafter referred to as "the Customer").

Article 3 — Products The products offered are compression socks intended for sports, medical and everyday use. The essential characteristics of each product are described on the corresponding product page. Product photographs are for illustrative purposes only and are not contractually binding.

Article 4 — Pricing All prices are displayed in euros, inclusive of all applicable taxes. Élan Socks reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood that the applicable price is the one in effect at the time the order is placed.

Article 5 — Orders An order is confirmed upon receipt of payment. A confirmation email is sent to the Customer. Élan Socks reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of a stock issue or fraudulent payment.

Article 6 — Delivery Orders are shipped to mainland France and within the European Union. The estimated delivery timeframe is 7 to 11 business days from the date of order confirmation. In the event of a delay, the Customer will be notified by email.

Article 7 — Right of Withdrawal In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of 14 days from the date of receiving their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without providing any reason. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer. The refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Article 8 — Legal Warranties The Customer benefits from the statutory warranty of conformity (Art. L217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (Art. 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).

Article 9 — Personal Data Data collected is used solely for the purpose of processing orders. In accordance with the GDPR, the Customer has the right to access, rectify and delete their personal data by contacting : elansocks.contact@gmail.com

Article 10 — Disputes In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought as a priority. Failing that, the competent courts shall be those of Angers, France. French law shall apply.
