Processing Time Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery Timeframe The estimated delivery time is 7 to 11 business days from the date of shipment, for mainland France and the European Union.

Order Tracking A confirmation email including your tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your parcel is dispatched, at the following address : elansocks.contact@gmail.com

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address.

Delays In the event of an exceptional delay due to circumstances beyond our control (strike, severe weather conditions, etc.), Élan Socks cannot be held liable but commits to informing you as promptly as possible.
