3. Purpose of Processing Your data is used to : process and deliver your orders, send you order confirmations and updates, manage customer service, and improve our store.

4. Legal Basis Data processing is based on the performance of the sales contract (Art. 6.1.b of the GDPR).

5. Data Retention Your personal data is retained for 3 years from the date of your last order, in accordance with French legal obligations.

6. Data Sharing Your data may be shared with our service providers : Shopify (hosting and payment processing), and carriers (order delivery). No personal data is ever sold to third parties.
